Scholarship Applications
For families in need, the PWSC can provide scholarships in the form of discounted registration fees. If you need to request a scholarship, please complete the Scholarship Application by clicking the link below, before completing any paid registration for our programs.
Manager / Coach Registration
If you're a volunteer team manager or a team trainer, please register using the link below. This is a required step in order to be rostered to your team(s) in SportsEngine. Note that all volunteers are subject to approval requirements, including background checks and other certifications, depending on the program or league your team is participating in.
